The Renewal Network is Gauden University’s outreach and development organization for people working in service on behalf of the wellbeing of others—individually, in groups, and in communities. We are dedicated to creating and providing a “learning and development” culture to support our members in accessing and creating more joy, success, deeper understanding, and higher levels of professional contribution.

It is a virtual network consisting primarily of phone contact in a peer “Triangle” consisting of three Network Members who meet regularly to discuss and work with issues from their professional lives. The Triangle is supported by quarterly teleconference meetings with a Network Steward, who is committed to the growth and well-being of the Network community, and who tracks the Triangle's progress throughout the year through meeting agendas and reports and by supporting the Triangle energy field.

There are yearly in-person Gatherings as well as optional ongoing continuing education programs in the Renewal practice and for specific topic areas relevant to members. Attendance at a live Gathering least every other year is required to remain in good standing in the Network.

No Membership Dues for 12 Months

Starting in 2008, attending the Renewal seminar automatically gives you a 12-month subscription to Network membership which includes benefits such as access to Gatherings and workshops. The 12-month period begins with the completion of the seminar so, although you can activate your membership at any time, you get the maximum benefit by registering with the Network and beginning active Netwok practice sooner rather than later. Since your annual membership fee is waived for those first 12 months, your cost will be quarterly payments for telephone tutorials with a Network Steward.

After the anniversary of your initial subscription date, your membership fee is due annually to keep your subscription current. With each subscription anniversary, you have the opportunity to contemplate your growth and development, assess the value of your practice in-Network, and give and receive feedback with your Triangle mates, Steward, and Gauden, to further the learning and development of the individuals and of the whole organization.
