The Gauden community of learning is our richest resource. We hold our students, members, faculty, and staff in respect as expressions of the Divine, as sources of teaching and illumination, and as practice partners in the dance of learning to walk in balance on the Earth while listening for guidance from Heaven.

Our students come from different walks of life and spiritual traditions and religions, joining in the vision of Gauden as a place for exchange and exploration. Our faculty are trained in a variety of disciplines appropriate to the educational objectives of the curricula, and have extensive experience with interfaith education.

The Board of Directors oversees the larger policy decisions and sets the course for Gauden with the Chancellor and Deans of the College and Institute. The key leaders have years of experience working with higher consciousness and with business institutions, in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.

In a larger sense, we see Gauden as a Community of Light as well as a community of caring and dedicated people. Our Community of Light includes angelic and higher guiding presences who care for us as individuals and as a group with a higher purpose. Gauden came into being as part of a revelatory vision, as an expression of service to the evolution of humans into greater light and higher consciousness.

Our community also includes Energy Bodywork Practitioners and Teachers trained in several different modalities taught in the College, and Renewal Practitioners trained in the Institute.
